Our life on earth is, truly, comparable to a journey. Through different stages, periods, and situations, we make our way from birth to death. More so, Christians are said to be pilgrims on our way to our home—heaven. For that reason, I have called this blog, Journeyings.
Everyone’s journey is different. Some portions of the journey are short, others are long. Some are hard, others are easy. Some are filled with sorrow, others with joy. Some are lonely, others are filled with sweet companionship.
I hope you will travel with me as I take you back through my 18 years of journeyings through the cotton fields of north Mississippi to the 44 years of journeyings in the Philippines as a missionary. My earnest prayer is that in doing so, you will be blest and encouraged.
